Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Biology Teacher based in Sharjah, UAE. The teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans, delivering high-quality biology lessons to students, facilitating classroom discussions, and evaluating student performance. Additional responsibilities include maintaining classroom discipline, fostering a positive learning environment, and attending staff meetings and professional development sessions. This is an on-site role requiring regular, in-person interaction with students and staff.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Biology and strong subject matter expertise.

Proven experience in Teaching and Lesson Planning skills.

Hold relevant teaching qualifications or certifications (e.g., Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent).

Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.

Ability to inspire and motivate students while maintaining a supportive learning environment.

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Education, or a related field is preferred.

Prior teaching experience in a school setting is beneficial.
