Customer Service Specialist

We are You+Baby Studio - a chain of premium photo studios in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, and Muscat. We create the warmest and most aesthetic stories about pregnancy, newborns, and families.

Photography is more than our work - it’s our joy, and we absolutely LOVE what we do.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients - from the first message to the final photo delivery.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Welcome and guide clients through their journey with us with a warm and friendly demeanor.

Keep the studio well-organized and the sessions running smoothly.

Manage bookings, payments, and client communication.

Support photographers and ensure a great client experience.

Solving small issues with care, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

We’ll Love Working With You If You

Have at least 1 year of customer service experience (hospitality/retail preferred).

Are a natural problem solver who LOVES helping people.

Can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.

Have excellent communication skills in English.

Are a flexible team player (able to work on weekends/holidays).

Believe that kindness and professionalism always go together.
