Role Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Full-Time Data Entry Specialist for an on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Responsibilities include accurately entering and updating data into computer systems or databases, verifying and correcting data discrepancies, and maintaining organized and up-to-date records. The role also involves supporting administrative tasks, managing files, ensuring data security, and collaborating with team members to streamline processes and contribute to operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Typing and Computer Literacy, including familiarity with data entry software and Microsoft Office tools.

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective collaboration and maintaining a professional approach when interacting with clients and team members.

Experience in Administrative Assistance, including organizing documents, scheduling, and maintaining records accurately.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities to ensure data accuracy and meet deadlines.

Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is advantageous.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in relevant fields are a plus.
