Maternity Nurse (Newborn & Postpartum Care)

We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Maternity Nurse to provide professional care for both the newborn and mother in a private household in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in newborn care and postpartum support, and must be confident working independently in a home environment.

Key Responsibilities

Providing full care for the newborn (feeding, burping, bathing, diaper changing, soothing)

Monitoring the babys health, sleep patterns, and overall well-being

Supporting and guiding the mother during the postpartum recovery period

Assisting with breastfeeding or bottle-feeding routines

Establishing and maintaining healthy sleep routines

Providing night care support when required (for PM shift)

Maintaining hygiene and ensuring a clean, safe environment for both mother and baby

Offering practical newborn care advice and reassurance to parents

Requirements

Proven experience as a Maternity Nurse, Newborn Care Nurse, or similar role

Experience in postpartum maternal care is highly preferred

Nursing degree or relevant certification (DHA license preferred but not mandatory, depending on profile)

Ability to work either AM or PM shifts

Professional, discreet, and trustworthy

Calm, patient, and nurturing personality

Currently based in Dubai
