Amaan brings a technical-first approach to media production, with a degree in AI and Machine Learning and a deep background in production, business operations, and workflow optimization. He's built the automated systems that power Vivyd's production pipeline — from file management to editing workflows to delivery — and is focused on integrating AI tools that enhance creative output without replacing the human craft behind it. He leads on production, client operations, and the technical infrastructure that keeps the agency running efficiently.

Amin J — Co-Founder & Director
Amin is a marketing graduate with extensive hands-on experience as a marketing specialist, social media manager, and content creator. His background spans F&B, e-commerce, fashion, fitness, and sustainability, giving him a broad perspective on brand communication and market strategy. He leads on marketing strategy, client creative direction, and social media execution across the client portfolio.

Vivyd Media is hiring a mid-to-senior level Media Production Specialist to lead and execute video and photography across our client portfolio.
This is not a junior content role.
We're looking for someone who understands agency workflow, fast execution, social-first storytelling, and premium production standards. You'll work directly with the founders on creative strategy and own the production pipeline from brief to final delivery across multiple client accounts.
- Lead video and photography production for client accounts across multiple industries
- Shoot high-quality Reels, campaigns, ads, event coverage, product content, and brand films
- Execute professional product, lifestyle, F&B, fashion, and e-commerce photography
- Edit video in DaVinci Resolve using a cloud-based collaborative workflow
- Work within the Adobe Creative Cloud suite for photo editing, design, and supporting production tasks
- Professionally color grade footage and retouch photos to commercial standards
- Assist in and lead pre-production including shot lists, lighting plans, mood boards, and scheduling
- Direct shoots independently when required
- Deliver final assets efficiently under deadlines with consistent quality
- Maintain organized file management, project structure, and asset delivery workflows
- Collaborate directly with founders on creative strategy and client direction
- 3–5+ years of professional experience in videography and photography, working with clients on a continuous basis
- Strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating range across industries and formats
- Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (cloud workflow) — this is our only video editing platform and is non-negotiable
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign) — we do not use Premiere or After Effects
- Deep understanding of RAW photo workflows and Log video workflows
- Ability to manage the full production pipeline from pre-production through shoot through post-production
- Understanding of social media formats, content pacing, and platform-specific delivery requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to take a brief or creative direction and execute independently
- Strong time management — you'll know what's due and how long you have for every project
- Consistent quality across all output and deliverables
- Willingness to grow, learn, and receive constructive feedback
- Confident and professional in client-facing environments
- VFX or motion graphics experience
- Sound design and audio mixing skills
- Strong lighting knowledge across studio and natural light environments

- Has hands-on experience across e-commerce, fashion, perfume, jewelry, F&B, sports, event coverage, and social media content
- Can demonstrate measurable client impact through their work — not just pretty visuals, but content that performed
- Is equally comfortable behind the camera and behind the edit timeline

5. Skills Assignment — Select candidates may be given a short practical assignment to demonstrate their production and editing capabilities.
