We are currently building a high-performance sales team across Dubai, Canada, and Miami, and we are looking for experienced Property Consultants ready to operate at a serious level.

This is not a typical real estate role. This is for individuals who already understand the off-plan market, have a proven track record, and are looking for a platform that actually rewards performance.

This is a commission-only position with one of the most aggressive earning structures in the market. Consultants start at 50% and scale up to 70% based on performance and quarterly targets . For self-generated deals, commissions can start even higher from day one.

You will be working in a structured, performance-driven environment where progression is tied directly to results, not time served. Strong performers move fast. Weak performers do not last.

We are not looking for beginners. We are specifically targeting individuals with:

• Minimum 2 years of off-plan real estate experience

• Proven sales volume and deal history

• Strong client handling and closing ability

• A serious mindset towards building a long-term career

The business is entering an aggressive growth phase, with infrastructure already in place across multiple international markets. Dubai remains a key focus due to increased transaction activity, reduced competition, and expanding deal flow .
