Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Health Specialist, based in Abu Dhabi. The Health Specialist will collaborate with teams to provide guidance on occupational health, promote wellness initiatives, and address health-related challenges in a workplace environment. Key responsibilities include conducting health risk assessments, delivering health education sessions, and supporting customer service and employee wellbeing programs. The role requires a blend of on-site presence and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service

Knowledge and expertise in Occupational Health and Medicine

Ability to implement Health Promotion strategies and initiatives

Experience in designing and conducting health education and awareness programs

Capability to work efficiently in both on-site and remote work environments

Certified professional in relevant health or wellness-related fields is advantageous

Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Occupational Health, or a related field is preferred

Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve health-oriented goals
