Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join our growing financial services team. This is a fast moving account with serious scale and ambition. The kind of brand that touches millions of lives and needs social that reflects that.

If you love building content strategies, crafting sharp captions, briefing video, spotting trends and owning projects from start to finish, this is for you.

The role

You’ll manage always on social across multiple platforms for a leading financial services client.

This Means

Building structured content calendars that align with business goals

Turning complex ideas into clear, engaging content

Collaborating with motion, design, video and client servicing to bring campaigns to life

Joining brainstorms and shaping ideas with a strong social first lens

Attending shoots and helping guide creative execution

Managing briefs directly with the client and ensuring smooth delivery through the system

You won’t just post content.

You’ll own the journey from idea to live.

What You’ll Actually Do

Create and manage monthly content calendars

Write strong English and Arabic captions that connect with the right audience

Develop storyboards and social video briefs

Collaborate across departments to ensure every output hits the brand vision

Plan and execute ad hoc social campaigns

Monitor performance and report on KPIs with clear insights

Spot trends and translate them into smart, on brand content opportunities

Maintain and evolve the channel strategy, tone of voice and overall feed experience

Roll out and refine the Tactical social playbook

What You’ll Bring

3 years in social media. Financial services experience is a plus

Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and platform best practice

Excellent English and Arabic copywriting

High attention to detail

Experience briefing and feeding back on video content

Experience supporting and attending social shoots

A good visual eye and instinct for what drives engagement

Strong organisation and time management

Confidence juggling multiple projects

Familiarity with project management tools
