Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant specialized in commercial, retail, and plot sales/leasing and plots located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on property transactions, managing property sales and leases, conducting market research, and maintaining a portfolio of properties. Daily tasks include building client relationships, understanding client needs, delivering personalized property solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves staying informed about market trends and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales objectives.

Qualifications

Proven consulting and real estate skills, with hands on experience advising clients and managing end to end property transactions

Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industry

Strong background in commercial, retail, and plot sales/leasing

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build long term client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction

Demonstrated sales expertise, including the ability to meet targets, negotiate effectively, and close deals

Solid understanding of Dubai, UAE property market trends, regulations, and client expectations (highly desirable)

Proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred

Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
