Role Description

We are looking for a Property Consultant to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi (full-time).

The ideal candidate is not just a salesperson but a strategic advisor — someone who can guide clients toward the right investment opportunities and build long-term relationships based on trust and expertise.

Daily responsibilities include

Consulting with clients and understanding their investment goals

Conducting property presentations, viewings, and negotiations

Managing real estate transactions from inquiry to closing

Marketing and listing properties effectively

Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction throughout the buying or leasing process

Qualifications

Coachable and able to adapt to and respect the company culture

Proven experience in real estate sales or consulting preferred

Strong understanding of investment strategies and market trends

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

Strong sales drive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Organized, detail-oriented, and quick to adapt to change

Multilingual ability is an advantage

Familiarity with the UAE real estate market is an advantage

Professional certification or broker license is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
