Property Sales & Lettings Consultant – Dubai (Commission Only)

We are looking for a motivated Property Sales & Lettings Consultant to join our Dubai team. This commission-only role involves managing residential property sales and leases from enquiry to completion, while supporting essential administrative, compliance, and CRM tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Market properties and coordinate marketing materials

Conduct valuations and property viewings

Negotiate with buyers, tenants, landlords, and sellers

Follow up with clients and maintain ongoing transactions

Generate new business through networking, referrals, and company databases

Liaise with banks, mortgage consultants, surveyors, and other agencies

Prepare and manage contracts, tenancy agreements, and related documents

Ensure compliance with RERA, Dubai Land Department, and company standards

Requirements

Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential

Excellent English; additional languages a plus

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Highly organized, professional, and client-focused

Able to work independently and as part of a team

UAE/UK driving license and own vehicle preferred (company vehicle or hire car optional)

This is a commission-only position. Candidates must be self-motivated and driven to succeed.
