Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for tasks such as assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property market analysis, providing professional advice on real estate opportunities, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires staying updated on market trends and legal requirements concerning real estate transactions.

Qualifications

Knowledge and experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and market analysis

Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation skills to close deals effectively

Ability to provide professional training and guidance to clients or team members

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships

Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage

Familiarity with relevant real estate regulations and legal compliance

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Proven track record in achieving sales targets
