Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Executive located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies across platforms, creating engaging content, optimizing social media presence, and analyzing metrics to grow engagement. The role involves collaborating with teams to ensure consistent branding and maintaining strong interactions with the online community.We are looking for creative Social Media Executive to elevate our digital presence across luxury hospitality and premium real estate portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)

Develop and execute high-end social media strategies

Strong Writing skills, with the ability to create engaging and relevant content

Ability to analyze data, monitor trends, and optimize campaigns effectively

Familiarity with social media tools and platforms

Excellent organizational and teamwork skills

Coordinate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Experience in the real estate or lifestyle industry is an advantage

Create visually refined, luxury-focused content (Reels, carousels, property showcases)

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in hospitality or real estate marketing

Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of luxury branding

Excellent copywriting and content ideation skills

Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and paid campaign coordination
