Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and oversee a portfolio of up to four client accounts, ensuring consistent service quality and delivery.

Develop captions, content calendars, and oversee publishing across relevant social media platforms.

Handle day-to-day account operations, serving as the primary point of coordination internally and with clients.

Liaise with internal departments to deliver high-quality content, including drafting briefs, supervising deliverables, and ensuring adherence to timelines.

Attend client and brand events as required and execute live coverage, including on the ground content creation using mobile devices.

Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual social media performance reports.

Enhance and evolve clients’ social media presence by continuously strengthening content strategy, quality, and content pillars.

Drive creative excellence by proposing and implementing content initiatives that elevate overall output.

Conduct regular client meetings to plan upcoming content calendars, review performance reports, and receive new briefs.

Contribute to account growth by supporting billing expansion through content creation, production, media, and influencer initiatives.

Manage out-of-scope or ad-hoc projects when business requirements demand.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing social media accounts (portfolio required)

Strong copywriting and communication skills

Basic knowledge of social media analytics and paid ads

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
