Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for an Arabic Speaker Property Advisor. The Property Advisor will actively support clients in buying, selling, and leasing real estate properties by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and providing expert guidance on market trends and property values. The role involves collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Arabic and English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation, sales, and customer service skills

Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and property laws

Ability to build relationships, engage with clients, and demonstrate excellent marketing acumen

Proactive attitude, professionalism, and a results-driven mindset

Relevant experience in real estate or a related industry is preferred but not mandatory; freshers are welcome

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
