Key Responsibilities

Identify and cultivate leads through multiple channels, including networking, referrals, and research.

Conduct market analysis to pinpoint opportunities and stay updated on new launches.

Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and investment strategies.

Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential properties while achieving sales KPIs.

Conduct professional property showings and negotiations.

Collaborate closely with brokers, lenders, and conveyancers to ensure smooth transactions.

Maintain accurate records and follow up promptly with all client inquiries.

Requirements

Proven experience in real estate or a related sales role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and results-oriented.

Valid UAE driving license.
